Default Where are the new songs?

The tour starts April 4th. One would think the songs would be out in advance so that the fans know the songs before the show. But that is just me. Anyone know when released?

All i know is that Without You got recorded. They'll probably wait a while into the tour to see if people like the music they perform then release it. I'm one of those people who are hiping for an album XD

You think that would be a simple, sensible marketing strategy. It's a normal practice in today's music industry Yet, the tactics of Fleetwood Mac and/or their "management" involve missing every opportunity to target and serve their audience. This is nothing new; there are decades of dysfunction and countless missed opportunities.

If they bothered to research The Ledge, they would discover many valid ideas and ways to serve their core customers. Their marketing team are idiots.

I agree wholeheartedly. The songs will probably be released after the tour is over and everyone has moved on to something else.

For example, This Tuesday night, I have tickets to attend a PREMIERE screening of the "new" Stevie Nicks Documentary "In Your Dreams". Excuse me, but the album that this documentary revolves around was released nearly 2 years ago. Why are we JUST NOW getting the documentary. Had the documentary been released right after the album, it would have been a FANTASTIC PROMOTIONAL TOOL.....Oh no, but that would have made too much sense for this marketing team. Let's release the documentary 2 years later after the life span of the album has run its course and Stevie is preparing the embark on a tour with Fleetwood Mac where few if none of those songs will be played. Hello? Who is in charge here ?

the only new song that is recent is Stevie Nicks song from the soundtrack to the Sound City Reel to Real movie soundtrack. You Can't Fix This, my guess that will be in the set.

I hope you are wrong....personally, I don't want to hear any solo songs unless it is SB, Twisted, Go Insane, and Holiday Road.

All 4 would make my night

LMAO I love it, My fave is Do Ri Me, but why is Me flipping Me the bird?

I'm sure the 3rd one is Stevie's contribution..."I sing my notes....in my dreams..it wasn't easy in the beginning...lalalalalala"

Lolly lolly has to be LB's new "hidden" gem, a Masterpiece to rival GYOW!

Stevie performed You Can't Fix This before the album was even released. My guess is she liked the whole process of doing the new song live first, that she made the Mac wait until they play their new songs live before putting them out.

I betcha.

My guess is that they probably decided that it's better to ~test the songs out live~ to see the reaction before going through the "trouble" of releasing them.

So basically if no one flips out opening night when they play them, then we're never gonna get them.
