Or even better - no songs from IYD, but TWO from SWS!

*ready for the backlash* lol
I litterally LOL'ed to this...no backlash from me...I agree no song on IYD is FM material (sans Annabell Lee, as Mike mentioned)

That doesn't mean elle should be spared the backlash for her SB commit

oh i'm well used to backlash here!

but again, read my reply to you somewhere above. do you really think they'll do 2 solo songs each? and why do you want to hear something you've heard tons of time already? didn't we all complain all the time how we want to hear something new?

actually, what i think will happen (but is not necessarily my first choice, and i'm not voting for that as MY wish) - SN will do both SA and SB, and count SA as both her recent album and duet with LB so not completely solo. and LB will do whatever his choice from SWS is (please Lindsey let it be one of the rocking SWS songs needing backing band! we can hear acoustic ones solo).

this will probably happen.

and don't forget, Lindsey will still play Go Insane.

(i don''t think we'll hear Go Insane on this tour, and i'm ok with that. i can always hear it from Lindsey solo. and we know how both GI and SB sound with the Mac - why repeat what we've heard before? )
oh, you drive a good point, one which I really didn't consider before. And yes I still think regardless if LB foregoes GI for another (more recent) solo song, we will still hear SB And SA. SB is a staple, practically a FM song, so why not?

I personally would love to hear a recent song by LB (and I dont mean Miss Fantasy, et al) And Holiday Road....

But alas, I can't write a whole setlist I would like to hear (many the songs I mentioned above) But, as long as the songs are FM friendly and include a duet/harmony I say why the hell not?

I don't want him to, I just have a feeling it will still be in the set. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Calling 'In Your Dreams' a terrible album while lauding 'Seeds We Sow'? Mmm-kay.

I know it's a rather obvious choice, but my vote is for "Soldier's Angel."

I voted for SA too. A number of these would sound good with FM (Annabel Lee, Moonlight, In Your Dreams) but I would rather see SA because of Lindsey's presence.

everybody has a right to express their opinion, and we are all more-less subjective in our tastes.

although i do understand the urge to say something like you just did, of course. i feel like making that kind of remark a lot when reading some of the stuff here - including when you question lauding SWS

That's why I went with "Soldier's Angel," too. But -- as you said -- several of the 'IYD' tracks would sound fantastic with FM.

I disagree. I like IYD, it's not a favorite album but I found it better than Trouble in Shangri-la and other Stevie albums.

However I agree with you I can't vote. My choice is missing: NONE.

It's a Fleetwood Mac tour, not a solos tour. Enough with Stand Back and Go Insane.

not my favorite song but many seem to want to hear it.

and yes, so many other choices! like WATL and WMYTYTO!

(no reason to hear GI again when we can hear those gems we have either never heard or people maybe heard during one tour 30+ years ago).

i actually like the sound of many IYD songs, much much more than SN's SYW songs.

for me, the choice would probably be between You May Be the One, Ghosts which is rocking, and Everybody Loves You which is a duet anyway and i wouldn't mind hearing what LB does with it.
