Live Radio Broadcast Last Night....

Did anyone hear it? They said it was broadcast across US on 100 diff. stations. It was on here in Denver, 2.5 hours of one of the LA shows. It was excellent!!! It gave me a good taste for the show and they sound incredible. "Beautiful Child" was amazing is all I have to say and I can't wait to hear that live! Wow!!! And Lindsey on "Say Goodbye" blew me away too. I loved it all but those were 2 highlights for me.

Question - I looked at the set lists and it seems they replaced "Second Hand News" for "Destiny Rules" and "Running Thru the Garden." Did they really take out RTTG? I was sooo hoping to hear that - love that song. A little surprised they took out 2 for 1 song but curious if that is the current list with SHN now.

Yes, Running Through the Garden was actually only played at the first show. They cut it after that. Destiny Rules was taken out after what, 6 or 7 shows? They played Second Hand News in Pittsburgh with DR still in the setlist, so they didn't replace DR for SHN. I don't think it was a matter of replacing a song more than it was just adding SHN to the set.

thanks for the info! I love that they added SHN but I do love RTTG so am a bit disappointed in that. WHo knows maybe by the time they get to Denver in October they will add it back in or change something else out.

Shoot! I didn't know there was going to be a concert on the radio. Ahh, but I doubt any station here would have played it anyway....

Hey Lauren, there's a good chance that we'll be going to Denver for the concert. My husband has become a Broncos fan since Jake Plummer became the QB, so he's working with some friends to get tickets to the Pittsburgh game on October 12th. If that works out, we're definitely coming. Maybe we could have a Ledgie get-together before or after the concert? Oh well we could talk about that when it gets closer............

That would be fun if we met up - let me know closer to the time. Right now another Ledgie said she may be there too so maybe we can all meet up if she comes? My husband and I were just planning on having dinner prior since it's a Sat night so we could all do that or meet up after - again we can talk closer.

We have extra tix too if you need them. I grabbed 4 tix off the FM club last week as a friend of ours wanted a set but now they don't. So we have extras and would just sell of course for what we paid. They are floor, EEE third row. Let me know!

I taped that show if you want a copy :-)

I actually already bought tickets, but thanks for offering. I figured there was a pretty good chance we'd be going, so I got them through the fan club thing.

I'd love to have a copy of that concert. I don't have a lot of rare stuff to trade, but maybe if there's something you've been looking for, I can see if I have it?

I hope you got some good seats - my other set is ok but I'd still like to be closer - I was happy with with the fan club seats over the actual sale date though!

If any one has a tape of this show that the radio aired could you please let me know?
I have never seen the Mac live and have been a fan for 28 years.
I dought that they are coming to my part of Canada, and if they did the tickets are to pricey for me.
