I love how at 2:25, Eric breaks into Strangers in the Night. Elton looks a bit like, " what's this ", and Eric is just looking at him like, " yep, I'm messin' with ya ". I got my tickets this week for Eric Claptons Crossroad Concert at Madison Square Garden in April. Totally psyched. WOOHOO!!!!!!!

Well, the year is ending and I created a playlist to listen and remember some of the most important songs to me that passed through this particular 2012. I won't name them all, they're more than one hundred!!!
But here's what I'm listening to... - Lindsey Buckingham - Go Insane (entire album) - Boz Scaggs - We're All Alone - Dr. Hook - A little bit more - Dr. Hook - When you're in love with a beautiful woman (the story of my life, hehe!!) - Fleetwood Mac - Brown Eyes - George Michael - Cowboys and Angels - Lindsey Buckingham - Bwana, September Song, That's how we do it in LA - Victoria Justice & Leon Thomas III (Victorious) - Tell me that you love me - Lindsey Buckingham - Out Of The Cradle (entire album) - Fleetwood Mac - Live (specially Monday Morning, Oh Well, Not That Funny, Over & Over, Over my Head, I'm So Afraid) - Fleetwood Mac - Bare Trees (entire album) - Bob Welch - Ebony Eyes - Muse - Survival (Thanks to the Olympic Games!!) - Mike Oldfield - Tubular Bells (Thanks to the INTRO of the Olympic Games!!) - Nicks/Buckingham - Twisted - OMD - Electricity, Messages, Souvenir, So In Love, Pandora's Box - OMD - If You Leave - OMD - Dream of me - Cock Robin - When your heart is weak - Lisa Stansfield - You can't deny it - Swing Out Sister - Get in touch with yourself (entire album) - Simply Red - How Could I Fall - Starsailor - Four to the Floor - Franz Liszt - Hungarian Rhapsody 2 - Supertramp - Crime Of The Century Well, lot of music as you can see... I have not been listening to much of late. NPR has been on my radio if I am in the car and at home I have barely had the stereo on in months.
The few times I have played an album or two, it's been The Black Keys or Neko Case. Then again, I do listen to Depeche Mode or Kasabian a lot while I'm at work. I hope 2013 is a stellar year for album releases, because 2012 ended up being largely disappointing, with mostly inferior releases. Edit: with the onset of another winter, I am again drawn to Stevie's demos and '78-'82 material.
