Supposedly, during the recording of SA, Lindsey made a comment about a tense change and Stevie retorted back, "You wouldn't say that to Bob Dylan."

Deja vu...

One ledgie made it.... I will let her tell you!

I recorded the first q&a audio but not the second brief one afterward,

LB was indeed in the doc - twice. One segment focused on SA. The other focused on why Dave is a better collaborator than LB because LB tries to tell her what to do. To illustrate, they replayed the "you wouldn't say that to Bob Dylan" footage from Destiny Rules.

The doc went song by song, showing making of footage and also footage of what inspired her. My fave part were the Italian fireworks and storm that inspired Italian Summer.

More info later!

That seems unnecessary.

Of course, I haven't seen it, so perhaps it makes more sense in the context of the whole film.

I found out my submission wasn't in it. But..

1. Was there any footage from the Wiltern show?
2. Was there any EDGE WALK scenes that looked like it was shot from the audience?

I want to know if my submission made it or not. Doubtful, but I still wonder.

Agreed. Boring. But, predictable in a way, since Stevie obviously knows its one of her favored lines by fans and she's quoted herself in interviews since using that.

Edit: I mean the reuse of the Bob Dylan line is boring & predictable. I guess it could be a way to let us know what a true miracle it will be if we ever get new FM music. Lol.

But, I am really looking forward to seeing the film anyway.

Kinda bummed my submission didn't make it, but I'm trying not to take it personally. I'm not exactly photogenic or comfortable in front of a camera. Still glad I tried tho.

Only two fan submissions made it in. One was from a soldier, the other was from MiMi!

The documentary was absolutely magical. Hope everyone gets to see it soon!

3 fan submissions were included and some fan concert footage
Stevie gave a BIG shout out to one fan who was in the audience whose video was included
Stevie had their picture taken together and the girl( Miriam I think was her name) was excellent in her submission
It was an amazing day spent with greatness
Stevie and Dave sat directly behind us for the movie and we get to talk with her quickly a few times

so he was in it really just once, and didn't get to talk from what i hear (whats up with that? ).
(showing some old footage while bashing him is not exactly what i'd call an appearance in the movie.)

kinda sad. guess it needs to be replayed over and over to perpetuate how they just can't get along?

Lindsey was key in creating Stevie's best even when she was at her lowest (eg. TITN). She should refrain from slating him in public.

Meanwhile I am burning to hear details about this documentary and whether it was a work of art, a study of the process of collaboration in making an album, or a narcissistic embarrassment.

Was the fan concert footage you mentioned during the edge walk??
