Great choices! I'm seeing AKUS live in November and Kate Bush also has a new album out then too - it will be a great month. Love Nickel Creek too - do you have Sara Watkins' solo alum?

I know the first go around I left out The Beatles and The Stones because in my head, they were obvious "givens" and then added Mr. Hendrix but I also want to add,

Lou Reed
Steely Dan
Johnny Winter
Santana
Led Zeppelin
Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young
Pink Floyd
Savoy Brown

Some I failed to mention last time (some I can't believe I omitted the first time around!! ):

Dukes Of Stratosphear
The Pretenders
Pink Floyd (except "The Wall"...never did like that one, except for "Comfortably Numb" but now I'm burnt out on it.)
The Moody Blues
Johnny Winter (including Johnny Winter And)
Edgar Winter Group (including Edgar Winter's White Trash)
Rick Derringer
Van Morrison
Mountain
Steve Miller Band
Quicksilver Messenger Service
Elvin Bishop Band
Elvis Costello
Joe Jackson (up to "Laughter & Lust", great cover of "Oh Well"...no familiar with more recent material)
Rockpile/Dave Edmunds/Nick Lowe
Graham Parker & The Rumour
Brinsley Schwartz
Camel
Frampton's Camel
Caravan

and a new favorite:

DIIV (pronounced "Dive")

Hi! Well, I must say that The Wall is the least, or the last. The best songs there (for me) are Hey You, and Another Brick in the Wall Part I. And then Happiest Days and ABITW part II. Sometimes I prefer to listen them at the The Wall Live 1980 (Is There Anybody Out There).
The Final Cut sounds similar, but I prefer it more than The Wall...

Regards!!

Just a little more detail from my first post back on pg 1:

The Byrds/Buffalo Springfield family tree:

Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (and any combination thereof..or totally solo)
Manassas
Crazy Horse
Poco
Souther, Hillman, Furay Band
JD Souther
Andrew Gold
Bryndle
Richie Furay
Chris Hillman
Roger McGuinn (including Thunderbyrd which also had on lead guitar one Rick Vito)
Gene Clark
Gram Parsons
Emmylou Harris
Clarence White
The Curtis Brothers
Flying Burrito Brothers
The International Submarine Band
Dillard & Clark
The Dillards
Loggins & Messina
New Riders Of The Purple Sage
The Stone Poneys
The Eagles
Joe Walsh
James Gang
Tommy Bolin
The Guess Who
Bachman Turner Overdrive
Dominic Troiano
(plus there are more, but my Rock&Roll version of Ancestry.com doesn't have that many branches or leaves...mainly it's a tangled vine that even invades other "family trees" in places, so I pretty much could end up repeating myself again & again & again...plus start heading toward Fleetwood Mac territory...and that isn't allowed in this thread)

Oh, I also think I left off my previous 2 posts:

Spirit
JoJo Gunne
Jay Ferguson
Randy California
T-Rex (and it's acoustic predecessor Tyrannisaurus Rex)
Marc Bolan
