Tonight's New Orleans Show Set List Surprise

Corny as it is, I got chills watching/listening to this!

Wow- THAT was special. It came off great live. As far as Stevie messing up a couple lyrics, I think it's because whe writes SO much, so many poems, that they kind of all blend in together for her sometimes - especially since she tends to use a lot of the same words in her poetry.

Stevie - COME TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FOR SOMETHING - PLEASE!!

New Orleans struck me as such a mature song and it's sorta classic Stevie Nicks. Has a great ending and I love that she mentions Anne Rice. She really captures the sentiment people feel when they think of New Orleans.

That sounded AMAZING!!!! Sure she may have flubbed one or two lines but otherwise the song went off without a hitch. Stevie sounded strong and exultant! Chills.
Stevie needs to keep this in her set from here on, "New Orleans" is such a winsome and uplifting song, I really think this could have/should have been the 1st single off IYD too.

Now, if Stevie could find it in her heart to perform WSS ,"Italian Summer" & "You May Be The One" live then I can die a happy man.

you are absolutely right, she needs to switch it up with those songs, these could be her last solo concerts

An astute choice to include "New Orleans" and a superb, heart-felt performance from Stevie. Now all she needs to do is drop that bloody awful, cringe-worthy "Soldier's Angel"!
Since half the album was performed in concert last year, I'd really like to see Stevie now perform the other half. It seems the logical thing to do if she truly believes in the album as a whole.
PS Let's hope she does "New Orleans" on a tv show or two...
