Oh I have so many favorites! I usually just lurk but I have to join in for this one.

"I have no fear, I have only love." - I find myself thinking that all the time, whenever I'm anxious.

"So we make our choices, when there is no choice. And we listen to their voices, ignoring our own voice." - This was echoing through my head all through those miserable middle school years.

"How the faces of love have changed, turning the pages. And I have changed, oh but you, you remain ageless." - I sign every letter to my grandparents with this little line. I adore it. I also have this on my wall, in little letter stickers, until a big picture collage of me and my dad, who I lost when I was 5. So it has personal meaning for me.

"As you walk away you know that I will call. If it's just to say goodnight, and that is all. Well alright, that's a lie. She says she wanted you to stay. But you know much better than she. She's better off this way."
- This kills me every time! It's just so raw.

"Take on the situation but not the torment, now you know its not as bad as it seems" - I know it's been said, but this line deserves so much appreciation. It's like my mantra.

"Someday when we're older, & my hair is silver gray. Unbraid with all of the love that you have, like a soft silver chain." - I think this is pretty much every little girl's dream of a love that lasts forever.

"All I ever wanted was to know that you were dreaming." - All of Sara. Enough said.

"I chose to dance across the stages of the world. Everyone said I'd never learn." - I just adore this. It's so Stevie. I was dying when she quoted it at the Borgata show I was at. and "Sometimes I think I was always on-call. Sometimes even I am allowed to fall." because I think it reflects Stevie's feelings on her life so well.

"Don't hide behind your hair, it's a bit of gold and braid." - I know this song was meant as a "get out of my business" thing to Lindsey, but I always interpreted it as being about confidence. And not hiding yourself from the world, and being insecure. It's something I always tell myself as a confidence booster.

" I bite my lip. Can you send me away? You touch, I have no choice. I have to stay." - I'm in love with pretty much all of Beautiful Child.

"Sunflowers and your face fascinate me. You go into the dusty pink day. I come calling unto you, but you run. You're the winner, long distance winner." - I adore this song and these lyrics. My friend Brian sent me flowers the other day, and he picked sunflowers and wrote "sunflowers and your face fascinate me" on the card, because he knows how much I love that line. and the lyrics to Races Are Run & Frozen Love deserve a mention too.

These two are obvious but "Don't blame it on me, blame it on my wild heart." and "Never have I been a blue calm sea, I have always been a storm." are just so relateable and pretty much exactly how I would describe myself, as well as Stevie.

And of course the lyrics to Landslide and Dreams are perfection. But they're quoted enough
