Saturday, I had a friend over for dinner and we cooked on the grill. Grilled eggplant, sweetcorn, and chopped potatoes, parsnips, carrots, onions, beets and herbs wrapped in a foil pouch with olive oil and cooked on the grill.

My hubby's famous chicken fried rice with spring rolls. Yum!
