Sorry copied from another page and was using my phone.
Here's the revised set list. I think this is the correct song order. Set list: Rock and Roll Enchanted Secret Love Dreams Gold Dust Woman Stand Back Soldier’s Angel Rhiannon For What It’s Worth Edge of Seventeen ENCORE: Landslide ***** I just want to say, I'm glad I went. It was a great show, always great to see Stevie. But, it was very difficult to watch her get so upset. I think she had already mentioned at the end of Edge that she was so thankful to everyone and sorry about her voice. So, the crowd had already given her a big hand for that and then she came back out for Landslide and everyone was really cheering for her and she just put her face in her hands and sort of shook them at the crowd with her head down, then she turned around for several seconds, turned back around and tried to compose herself and addressed the issue again before dedicating Landslide to the songwriters. It was sort of sad and depressing. For those aren't on fb, here's an after show pic with Billy Burnette, his son and Walter Egan in the background: ![]()

I was at the Nashville show last night! I had a fun time besides the incredibly drunk girl seated next to me! Whew!
It was def 2 seperate concerts. When Stevie sang Enchanted a lady tried to tell me it was off of her new album....EXCUSE ME....don't worry I corrected her! She was obviously there for Rod! Glad someone posted about no Stevie/Rod duets. I was wondering if it was just me or did I miss something while buying merchandise. Stevie did say her voice was bothering her and was very personable with the crowd! Some of the screen background effects were quite trippy! I had a great time and got to rock~a~little! ![]() |

Yeah CADreaming the merchandise is generally rediculously priced. I got a steal with a t-shirt for $40 bucks. lol
Selling Stevie's IYD cd was a smart idea, but priced at $15 when you can go just about anywhere and get it cheaper is just crazy! |

American Songwriter
http://www.americansongwriter.com/20...-in-nashville/ By Evan Schlansky July 25th, 2012 at 5:27 pm Stevie Nicks and Rod Stewart did not duet during their double bill last night, as they’ve done frequently on their joint Heart and Soul tour. Nick’s voice was bothering her, she said, which was probably the reason why (unless they’re sick of each other by now). Still, they made the perfect pair; Nicks’ classic rock radio-ready sound and hippie ethos combined perfectly with Stewart’s cavalcade of hits, for a night of sheer sing-along goodness and rock and roll bliss. Nicks focused on her own mythology throughout her set, performing songs from her solo career (“Edge Of Seventeen,” “Stand Back”) and her Fleetwood Mac heyday (“Dreams,” “Rhiannon”). Pictures of herself in her younger years flashed on the screen behind her, and she shared stories from her life in music. Her new material, from In Your Dreams, definitely fit in alongside her established classics, indicating that Nicks still has the gift. During the moving “For What It’s Worth,” inspired by a bus trip she and musician Dave Stewart took in the 90s, the song’s official video played behind her, and suddenly the lyrics became very literal. And “Soldier’s Angel,” from the same album, hung heavy in the air, sounding for all the world like vintage Mac. The 64-year old Nicks also played air guitar, waved her scarves around, and changed her outfits to match her songs (“Edge Of Seventeen”‘s white wing dove required a white blazer, etc.). The last song, “Landslide” was dedicated to all the songwriters in attendance (it’s Nashville, natch). That next song you write, Nicks counseled, that you feel is your breakthrough hit… well, you just may be right about that. “We’re going to play everything you want to hear and more, so let’s get to it” said an affable Rod Stewart, taking the stage with a cover of The O’Jay’s “Love Train.” Watching Stewart perform is a bit like being stuck in a time warp. For one, his attention to roots rock detail (hammond organ, acoustic guitar, mandolin and fiddle) is spot on, while his band’s silver-suited attire is more “mod”. Then there’s all those 80′s and early 90′s hits to contend with — “Downtown Train,” “Young Turks,” “Forever Young.” And then there’s Stewart himself — still concerned with his hair (“sometimes you can’t do anything with it, girls” he joked to his back-up singers) and still wiggling his hips and gliding across the stage like a man half his age. At 67, he has a bit of the “old grandad” air to him; at one point, he stopped the show to show off pictures of his children and grand kids, which set up “Forever Young.” But if his voice is less raspy then it once was, he remains forever feisty. “Aren’t those skirts a little short?” he asked the local string players, all young and female, before concluding, “never mind — it does an old man’s heart good.” True to his roots, the set list overflowed with covers, from Tom Waits’ “Downtown Train” to Cat Stevens’”The First Cut Is The Deepest.” There was a tribute to Ronnie Lane in the Faces’ “Ooh La La,” and nods to Chuck Berry (“Sweet Little Rock and Roller”), Danny Whitten (“I Don’t Wanna Talk About It,” which Stewart helped popularize), Van Morrison (“Have I Told You Lately”) and Creedence Clearwater Revival (a Stewart-less “Proud Mary”, performed with great gusto by the band.) But for nostalgic purposes, “Maggie May” trumped them all, and made a “first-class fool” out of everyone who sang along (which was every one). The morning sun when it’s in his face may show his age, but ultimately, Rod Stewart remains as ageless as Rock and Roll itself. |

Stevie REALLY needs to change what's on the screen behind her. It looks like some old Windows Media Player designs from long ago. Except for Landslide and Rock and Roll, she needs to fix this. I think of all the things that could be shown while she sings: More pictures of course, and more of her paintings.

Hi, I was at the Nashville concert. First of all, I thought it was awesome. I'm still coming down off the concert high.
Anyway Stevie did not perform Rock n Roll, she opened with Enchanted. The rest of CAD Dreaming's setlist is right. She did do Dreams, no duets with Rod. It was a little disappointing because I wanted to see her do Young Turks with Rod, she had done such a great job before. My theory is that Rod messed up the lyrics to Leather and Lace so bad, and probably didn't want to take the time to learn her songs so they just decided to do their own sets. From the videos I saw of Leather and Lace, Rod looked so bored and uncomfortable. this could have caused friction between them. Just my theory. I could be wrong. Maybe Stevie's voice was bothering her. It will be interesting to see if they duet again in the future. I am a huge Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac fan! I just wanted to throw my .02 in. |

thanks for everyone's input. Sounds like this tour with Rod is having it's share of difficulties, worst of which is the return of that damned ruffle dress.

While performing Rock and Roll a huge mix of pictures of famous rock stars are shown on the giant screen behind her. After all the pics are shown they show them again in faster motion. Alice Cooper was featured several times I noticed. Did you get to see this during Enchanted or was it just skipped altogether?

There's a 47 minute video of Stevie's set from last night on Youtube. The crowd was FANTASTIC, from what I hear. Why doesn't she ever play there solo? Best Rod/Stevie crowd yet. Sounded like a Fleetwood Mac audience.
