Default Stuffed animals, flowers, and other gifts fans take to her conert

I have been to many Stevie Concerts, and it seems that in the 80's we used to bombard her with gifts...but, that seems to have slowed down a bit because she requested fans not take so many gifts to Fleetwood Mac concerts.....I think she didn't want her band mates to feel it was all about her.....not that she didn't mind the love & gits.

I think that this is a Stevie tradition that we fans need to start up again....it's always cool seeing all the flowers and gifts people take her....and the Edge walk has become a very important part to her concerts......Plus, she normally donates the gifts to children's hospitals. I think we should do this 1. because we love doing it, and 2. it would be nice for her to take things we have given to her...to children's hospitals and military hospitals.

I thought I recall her saying a few years back that she stopped taking gifts because it's too much on her back leaning over to get the stuff. Since she is going to just donate the stuff anyhow just donate it yourself in her name.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that when I see people try to give her stuff today, she rarely takes it. Sounds like it wouldn't be worth the trouble.

She was bombarded with gifts and flowers at PNC. She did accept them and they were passed along to her new guard and brought backstage. I gave her a stuffed yorkie. She received two of them.

On the Unleashed Tour just before their encore an older lady tapped me on the shoulder & handed us a bunch of red roses, at the time i didn't realise they had been past from way back through the crowd. The flowers were in really BAD shape by the time they reached us in the front row, but Stevie gracefully excepted them,... when Stevie stood up with the odd looking bunch of red roses, everyone loudly applauded. She smiled & waved the one & only bunch of flowers to the audience So that was a pretty cool end to unforgettable fabulous night
