Yes! I stand by what I posted a few days ago in the Stevie thread. New album, great, and song The Divide even better! The Chain, Gold Dust Woman and Led Zeppelin merged as one!

Another new band of 3 sisters Haim, are peaking my interest with one of their songs Forever. Mix of Stand Back and FM's Tango sounds. The main singer is pretty legit, associated with Jackson Browne, Benmont Tench, Dawes, Jonathon Wilson and her bf Blake Mills. Check it out!

Under the skin.

Of all Lindsey's albums.....this was ABSOLUTELY, for me, the most rewarding over time...a beautiful record

I loved this song for so long, but I had never noticed how beautiful Kim Wilde was. It seems that since I love Chris I have developed a weakness for blondes!

Oceania by the Smashing Pumpkins.. in a dramatic return to form this time out the music comes close to matching Billy's grandiosity.

Rosanne Cash - Interiors

The White Stripes - Elephant

Billy Idol - The Very Best Of

And disc 22 of 30 from:
Elvis - The Complete Elvis Presley Masters Collection

This Elvis set is incredible. 711 master recordings (plus 103 rarities)
all in chronological order. It's taking quite a bit of time to listen to this
massive set. And it's been a pleasure. After all these years, hearing his
songs in this sound quality can still send chills up my spine. Like tonight
when listening to An American Trilogy.

Drake-Take Care

Still one of my personal favorite albums ever. And is still my personal choice for best album of 2011.

JD Souther - Black Rose (1976). His solo career (4 albums) is pretty much forgotten because of his great songwriting for others, which is a shame because there's some great stuff there.
