song requests during LB's live shows?? (next leg?)

Lindsey has been promising (jokingly i guess, but i choose to take it seriously) during his one-man shows in the last month or so that he will start taking requests, eventually ("next time" are usually his exact words).

considering he just announced the next leg of this tour (press announcements are flying everywhere throughout the day yesterday and today), will he actually finally make good on his teasing and start taking some requests?

we don't need too many Lindsey (well we do, but we'll take what we can get!), but PLEASE consider taking some requests on this upcoming tour leg!!

Rock Away Blind or no Rock Away Blind was already nice during this leg (although that song should just be a part of the set anyway!)... we really need at least 2 songs by request somewhere in the set!!

And, Lindsey - your Globetrotters descend on your shows from all over the world!!!!!! England, Australia, and even travelling from one side of the USA to the other is a big trek.

We make such a huge effort to get together and do these roadtrips - surely we deserve a little something back, like REQUESTS???????

Since I have been a guitar "student" of Mr. Buckingham's for 15 years, I am THRILLED he is doing a SOLO tour!!! This is the type of show I have been waiting for! I love Mr. Heywood, Reyes Jr., & Tuggle. They are great!

yes re solo alone!! i think it's been an incredible tour so far and i hope to see at least 1 or 2 more shows. but i would seriously consider more than that if he'd start doing some requests.

and i would LOVE LOVE LOVE to hear songs that i bolded on your list!!
(well, i did hear Rock Away Blind 3 times live now, but still... that song should definitely stay in!!)

I Understand how hard it is to do a song on the fly - so how about a section on the site where we can email requests in which then he can choose from to practice for the next leg?? I admit travelleing this far and getting a request or something would be nice tho.

I know it must be really hard to remember how to play all those older songs, but maybe if he just had a small segment of the show for requests, he could cherry pick from the ones people yell out.
