Tele's suck! I have 3 Tele's, and 4 Strats, and I honestly HATE playing Tele's. A Strat is just so much fuller sounding.

But, that said, for recording, I love Tele's for country SOLO'S. They cut perfectly for that. But live, with a 3 piece....just too thin...

But live, my main country guitar is now a cheap Gretsch. But for rock, the Gretsch sucks.

These are the issues that consume my day....
Rock - Strat
Country - Gretsch
Studio - all of the above, including Tele....

I loved how Ken said that some people like Stevie and Lindsey craved the spotlight while Colbie would just be content singing to herself.

I'm sure long after the applause has faded, Stevie will die singing to herself in rambling verse (and incoherently complaining about something Lindsey did) and Lindsey will die with a guitar within 5 feet of him, if not in his arms.

If you read it again I'm agreeing with that notion the LB proably is a bit more behaved outside the doors of unfamiliar people than with a FM related circle.
