Yep and I have seen some online stores already making the change which is good.
I hate to think that people are paying for itunes inferior mp3 and getting basically ripped off

Funny, the iTunesStore hasn't been producing Mp3's for awhile now. It's AAC, which technically is not a mp3 file.

Oops I forgot you can't read what I write.
Too bad for you. You could learn much
young one.

On the topic of the internet/downloads killing off hard copies.
There's a lot of truth to that. Yes recording copies has been an
option forever. But never had it been possible to cherry-pick
albums so easily. And I'm talking legally.

Some of the best cuts from an album are not always the hits.
There's a whole generation that's missing out on the listening
experience. All for convenience.

For those under the age of forty, when's the last time you sat
and listened to an entire album with nothing distracting you?
Just you sitting in that perfect position, speakers placed just
right. You would almost swear that voice you're listening to
is coming from dead center. And no, there's no center channel
speaker. I'm talking stereo 2.0. There's magic in that music
you listen to, if you give it a chance.

The ole cassette recorder off the radio will do for me.They can keep their crappy Icrap mp3's. I better stock up on blank cassettes before they stop making blanks altogether.

I still buy vinyl too.Got Georgia Ruth William's latest EP on 10'' recently.Supporting the indie is much more appealing than major label & Apple related corporate junk.

I agree about the supporting the indie labels.I hope Stevie/FM will get a divorce from WB/Reprise soon.I love vinyl I hope more artists will revert to vinyl. About Apple .I will be in the market to buy a Imac.I'm sick with Window OS.I got to put that on hold due to money to finance Stevie's upcoming tour travels.

I bet an Indie label would give Stevie a whole lot more attention than Warner/ Reprise.
