Should Lindsey Buckingham do an album in the vein of Santana's Supernatural, in which he collaborates (presumably as singer, songwriter, guitarist, and producer) with some contemporaries, but especially younger "hip" acts--even those indie rock artists that I loathe yet who claim him as an influence or that he cites as his hope for the future (*gag*), and then maybe more unexpected collabs such as his beloved Katy Perry?
I think it would be interesting. Any thoughts as to why he hasn't pursued such a project (especially after the awful success of Supernatural)? ETA: This thread is inspired by a suggestion someone made to Jeremy Spencer that inspired him to seek out younger, if lesser known, collaborators.
