The final bit of Green Vegetable Soup that I froze after I made a batch. Going to make myself a batch of Tomato and Basil soup to freeze to do me for the rest of the week.

Sounds good. Yeah, I made this french onion soup(mentioned a few pages ago), and it's a mix, that makes about 8 servings, so I'll be eating it all week. ALTHOUGH, I had a date, during the last batch I made, and I was warned, "don't eat that again, before our date. Your mouth tastes like an onion!"

The brand is Cugino's ~Ridiculously Delicious~ Baked Burgundy French Onion! It's sooo freaking good. And best of all, only 60 calories a serving!

We're having unusually nice weather for January, so even though I'm trying to lose a few pounds, I've decided to fire up the grill, and smoke a salmon steak this afternoon. With creamy dill sauce!!! My mouth is watering, just thinking about it!
Oh yeah, and some of that french onion soup!

Gotta take advantage of this nice weather!

Thumbs up

Last night made roasted cornish hens, whipped sweet potatoes, steamed baby peas and dinner rolls...and some Pinot Noir. MMMM.

Last night for dinner I had leftover minestrone soup and a salad of spinach, arugula and blueberries with a little feta and balsamic vinaigrette.

Pork stew, with salsa verde, over a bed of rice.

It's a preheat sort of "Hormel" dish, that I bought at an international market, in Nashville.
It's pretty good. And best of all, of course, SPICY!

Me too, on the seafood. Never met seafood I didn't like, except the time I bought calamari, and didn't really know how to cook it. It was kind of nasty!
