"Last of the Teeny Boppers?"

Do any of you remember what interview or publication it was where Stevie said if she likes an album it's going to be a hit, because she's the "last of the teeny boppers" or something? I believe she was saying it in reference to knowing that Rumours was going to be a hit, and it may have been an interview from the Rumours or Dance era.
