Yeah, but a double serving of stir fry veggies shouldn't be that many more calories.

I know, winter is hard for everybody. Cold weather makes you crave comfort foods!

I know. Believe me.

I consider my weight loss to be my greatest feat I've ever accomplished...I know that sounds bad, but as someone who has always been 30-40 lbs overweight(finally about 60 lbs overweight), I finally beat it! But it will always be a struggle. So I've become a Nazi with my own body.

Oh yes, totally agree on that one!!!

Also agree that it's so easy to slip back if you take your eyes off the ball for just one moment!!!

Last night I had Tuna and Sweetcorn Pasta in a Tomato and Mozzarella Sauce with Garlic Bread.

Tonight I am having (Homemade) Vegetable Soup with lots of fresh crusty bread to dunk in.

That sounds really good!

I bought this "chicken bacon" at Kroger's today. Not because I expect it to be good, but it says it only has 25 calories a slice! Hell, if it tastes 1/4 like bacon, that means I can at least eat 5-6 slices! lol

Oh blimey, I had a roast dinner and a Gu cheescake pot for dessert, it was heavenly.

Then I did 20mins on the cross trainer to make up for it, but let me tell you, cross trainer ain't fun.
