I've always thought there was something fishy about this case, and yep, that's pretty damning testimony. The woman who heard NW screaming was actually threatened?!

RW may not have pushed her, but it seems pretty obvious that he let her drown, at the very least. Apparently, Christopher Walken has hired an attorney over the reopening of the investigation.
