Mirage Video coming soon to DVD? - Page 2

I have the Brazil DVD "version" of the Mirage Tour (with the BTM pic on the cover). It is great quality...not like "the Dance" - but it beats the quality of my 20 yr old VHS version of the concert. I believe the Brazilian/Mirage DVD was transfered to DVD from the old video disc version. Not a bad thing to have at all..until it is offically re-released. And I got mine on ebay for $12 too!

Yes, I think that I paid either 10.00 or 12.00 for mine as well. Not sure why they used the wrong pic...just someone quickly making covers who doesnot know the band I guess. I cannot wait to get mine. He says that it was mailed on the 9th and coming from Brazil it takes 1.5 to 2 weeks..

Well, I should think it's an officially released copy, since the company that sells it is a well-known Internet and mail-order company here. It also has these "special features" like discography and biography. Weird thing though is that the cover is from "Behind the mask" (the picture at the back). Dunno why, it says it's a Spanish cover. I haven't bought it though, so I can't say anything about the quality, but I should expect it to be very good.

I got my Mirage dvd and it is pretty damn good. I don't regret buying it. It is not the same quality as a dvd produced here, from the master stuff, but, it is worth the money to me.

My mothers friend owns a video store and when I found out that he had a copy of the video, I offered him $30 for it and he sold it to me. Then last year, he was nice enough to transfer it to DVD for me. Of course, it isn't the best quailty because it's from a video, but I just love that concert! The Chain is sooooooooooo intense!

But you have to give Lindsey props for having the balls (no pun intended) to wear those pants at a concert, let alone be filmed wearing them! Anyone else notice what I'm talking about? *wink-wink* I was quite taken aback the first time I watched the video!

This has been posted on the news page of the UK Fleetwood Mac Site

The Mirage Live Concert from 1982 that was only previously available as a VHS Video seems to be added to various online retailers Fleetwood Mac collection.
No official confirmation has been forecoming regarding this release
