The first picture is flipped so it looks a bit "off" anyway.
Here's a pic from '82 and a pic from this year, her nose looks exactly the same to me but there's some speculation that she had her nose done right before Bella Donna.

I think it looks the same, just age like everyone. Faces change a little as we get older and is normal.

she's got a little nose.At lease her nose is not like mine.I got a big Italiano nose like my dad.

I think it's just natural aging, and possibly a little bit to do with that hole in her nose creating a lack of support and this bringing the middle down a little over time.. if that makes sense.

She has a really awesome nose though. I'm jealous.

I think she's had some tweaking done over the years to many features of her face....she's just been smart about getting good surgeons and subtle work.

she has said the hole in her nose was discovered by a plastic surgeon-- whom she was consulting about having some work done on her nose.. .NOT to fix the hole, because she didn't know she had it yet til he pointed it out to her! I think she's had her nose slimmed down some. most noticeable from straight on forward.

You can't be famous, live in LA, and not have had work done. No criticism from me there. Whatever she's had done has been very WELL done and more celebs should take their cue from her.

I think more of us agree that her nose is looking the same in those pics. I think she's had some subtle work done as far as skin regimen and maintenance and maybe peels but nothing drastic. She's just aged very well to me.

I thought she went to see him BECAUSE of the hole?

At least, she's told it that way before.
