This tends to happen when you realise that you'll never experience those moments again. Be it because the people/person you shared the memory with is no longer there, or merely that that particular stage of your life is long past. The challenge really is simply t0 improve on it. The memories will always be bitter-sweet, but it's better to have them rather than looking back and realising you did nothing worth remembering.

Couldn't of put it better myself. I guess I was just thinking too much again, so much has happened this past year. Sometimes i wish things would go back to how they were but i still have SO many positive things in my life and a lot to look forward to. I was just thinking about the people that was so prominent in my life this time last year aren't really there now. Well they are physically but nothing else. I still smile though and realise how lucky I am to have had these incredible moments. I guess life is still pretty sweet.. most of the time. aha. (:

Thanks Danielle. I'm SO glad that our friendship hasnt changed even though we arent together anymore. If anyone knows me they know how much I love Ashley SOOOO much and I still do. It kills me inside knowing that her and I cant be together. I seriously have never found someone that I could be completely myself around until I met Ashley. She loves me for who I am and I love her exactly how she is.

idk what Id do if we couldnt be friends!! I dont even what to think about it lol

JTIS...

That i have 2 job interviews for salons. One is for Best Cuts on Monday...which is in leominster and fairly close by to me and the other is at a Day spa and salon in Acton called A Cut Above...which is 30 minutes away...Honestly I would LOOOOVE to have the day spa and salon job! Who wouldnt want to work at a place that has massage, facials, waxing, tanning, and nails..as well as hair?!?!?! Even with the 30 minute drive id do it lol

I was thinking about bringing 2 of my maniquiens in to show the owner...
I wanted to bring in Chantel

and Giselle

yes to the maniquens or no? or maybe I could bring them and keep them in my car and mention to the owner I have them if he wants to see them...

I don't think you could go wrong with taking examples of your work to your interviews. They're of a great quality, and it's always good for a prospective boss to be able to see the standard of talent they're looking at. Do you have a portfolio of photographs of past work?

I think it would work for your benefit if you did take some kind of portfolio. It would show that you do take initiative and are eager to give a positive impression, as well as being proud of what you do. Bosses like to see confidence, without it bordering on arrogance.

Good luck with your interviews! I'm sure you'll do very well.

Just remember to be yourself and present yourself in a positive light. Interviews aren't as terrifying as they seem to be before hand. Just try and strike up a rapport with the interviewer and I'm sure it'll pass before you even realise you've been interviewed

I don't even go back to college yet and i've started my fashion unit book. I have an awesome idea for a Stevie Nicks inspired shoot, theres a girl who will be in the year below with long blonde hair who doesn't know she is being my model. LOL.

I don't blame you. When it comes to artistic courses, it's very difficult to "switch off". I've been working directly through my break, so I have a nice collection of "back work" to help when I sink myself into a firm project. As of yet I'm not completely sure what i'm doing, but I can't shake the deep desire to create a frieze of John Lennon delivering the sermon on the mount

I know it's ridiculas how many ideas i have at stupid times. I have a notebook by my bed because i'll often wake at 3am with a whole idea for a shoot and i will not know where it comes from. It's awesome. Last night i had the desire to do work so i got some old copies of Vogue out and started. AHAHA I like that John Lennon idea.
