I was not ready for the winter

and the rains came,
she refused to wear her coat...
but deep in her heart she knew
that the song must go onnnn..

ok, my response on this thread has NOTHING to do with this wind you all are speaking of, but i just wanted to let you guys know - that i've now spent the last 2 days looking at old postings on this message board - spent all this morning and afternoon between "work" reading a HUGE-a__ thread on the Carol Ann Harris book, meanwhile? i haven't read the book. but yet, i find myself fascinated by all of your collective knowledge on FM and SN and the rest of the crew....

my top hat's off to you all!! thank you for the HOURS/DAYS of obsessive reading.

I'm so amused by this thread and the responses! So much so that, outside the rain, my heart skipped a beat.

A cold, wild wind will come"

the sea never changes...not really
it is the constant in my life
I always return here to the flash of those colors
through every window, wind through the night...
