She also does somewhat of a kick around 6:34 on the Red Rocks DVD. Not as high as now tho.

I love Stevie to pieces, but I never realised how much I really didn't want to see her knicker gusset until this moment.

But yet I still can't look away...

I've got your Stand-Back-high-kick-crotch-shot right here!

TISL tour, 2001.
You know when you're witness to an accident, or happen to stumble upon a gory image online and you know you shouldn't be as transfixed by the image as you are? And you can't quite bring yourself to look away, and instead study the image in detail as if trying to desensitise yourself to it? Yep. Been staring at her crotch for a few minutes now. I feel all wrong inside. Kind of reminds me of when you'd go to visit your grandmother who's so old that she's lost all sense of shame, and will quite happily sit in her floral skirt with her legs akimbo in her seat, not caring for the small, crotch height children standing in full view who have suddenly become very interested in the design of the carpet. I want to look away. I feel like it's looking back at me.

And here I am, 15 minutes later, chomping on my peanut butter on toast, looking at the pic from different angles, trying to make sure that I do in fact see a knicker gusset...

You know what I just noticed? There's a man in the picture (Lindsey? I don't know...). I just noticed it after however long. Note the look on his face! He looks as though he saw it too lol.

Man: *Flings head back* Oh jeez! Put it away! Trying to keep my dinner down, here!

Oddly, I've been dancing since I was 4 and did contortion for several years. You'd think I'd be used to seeing girls leotard-clad crotches....

I believe the reason she is able to kick that high is because she used to do ballet! Apparently ballet dancers have amazing flexibility, for example once you learn how to do the splits you are able to do them forever!

I don't do ballet, but I can get my legs behind my head. Don't even know how.
