Heres the info from the GMA 's site

http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/SummerConc...ry?id=10641220

The "Good Morning America" Summer Concert Series kicks off May 27 with a performance by the revolutionary Lady Gaga.

All concerts are free and open to the public and will take place live during "Good Morning America," Fridays from 7 to 9 a.m. ET. The Lady Gaga concert will be a ticketed event.

Directions to Rumsey Playfield
Viewers interested in joining "GMA" in Central Park are encouraged to arrive at Summerstage Rumsey Playfield via the 72nd Street entrance on Fifth Avenue at 6 a.m., when the park opens to the public. (Closest subway lines are the N and R), or enter at Central Park West and 72nd St (closest to the B and C subway lines).

God, I can't believe I'm waking up at 3 for the second time this year for Nicks. I've never done that for anyone! What're you doing to me, Stephanie Lynn?
Okay, but how much fun is it to wake up at a ridiculous hour and be delirious for a while? I sure enjoyed the Wiltern insanity, and the Amoeba insanity too!

I have to admit that I'm super spoiled and jealous of you guys, especially since I'll be flying in a few days later! You guys will have a great time -- make sure to keep me updated (I'm talking to you, Edward, Grace and Curtis)

I'm just curious...I'm noticing that the websites and the GMA notice say that the park opens at 6am. I live here and just assumed it was open 24 hours a day. So we we line up on the sidewalk outside the 72nd Street entrance or will we actually be able to line up outside Rumsey? I've done the TODAY show but never GMA....

Zero, zip, nada. I do think a soundcheck is a strong possibility; at the Today Show taping in 2005, Sharon sang "Landslide" solo for soundcheck. That was... weird.

Central Park has no pedestrian gates. So one could technically walk into the park 24 hours a day. However, the park is technically closed from 1-6AM, and anyone caught inside of the park will be issued a citation and/or summons. I would not be surprised if they even handcuffed you and carted your a$$ off to central booking. Given the shenanigans that have occurred in the park during the wee hours of the morning in the past, they take this stuff very, very seriously. Last Saturday there were NYPD manning the 69th St. and 72nd St. entrances.

I might pull an all nighter tonight and maybe read a book on the UES in a 24 hr diner. I work til 8 tonight, and see no need to "nap". It will probably make me feel worse. Anybody want to join? Suz, you coming?

Everyones different where sleep is concerned, but i would try to nap if you could. Even just 2-3 hours. Nothing worse than having that sand in your eyes feeling of tiredness.

Whatever you decide, have fun and keep us updated!
