Yes, very lovely video. I certainly hope it will be offered as some sort of package and sold. Would love to add it to my media collection.

The desert wind scenes reminded me of the Bella Donna photo shoot where Stevie is dressed in white chiffon Rhiannon sleeves and the wind is blowing. I looked in several places to find them and post with this message, but wouldn't you know... I can't find but one and it was not a good depiction.

There are certainly many nods to "favorites" from the past in this video... a fitting sentiment to the lyrics of the song. It left me with a warm feeling.

I am so happy it seems they were careful in editing to not make it so choppy! No migrane, no vertigo, no feeling like I'm going to have a seizure. Thank you Mr. Video Editor.

10-10-10 = Perfect Score!

I was thinking the exact thing...because her facial expression are even the same...love it!!!!

This shoot was the first thing I thought of as well when I saw the desert scenes. Classic Stevie.

Agreed -- first thing I thought of as well, partially because it is my favorite Stevie photo shoot EVER.

It's kind of amazing to me that Stevie and Dave are making these good videos on such a small budget. I mean all three videos have a different feel to them and they are a hell of a lot better than most of her other videos.

I really like the stylistic qualities to this video - the fades scratchy film. The colorization and the simplicity. It feels heartfealt to me.

I'm surprised Stevie is wearing such clunky shoes in the desert. They're practical, to be sure. But not what I expected.

I like the way Jessie is mouthing the words to "FWIW" as she applies the make up.

The way Stevie is positioned on Dave's lap, if she turned her head, she'd come into contact with his stomach or chest, rather than anything lower down. But yes, intimate.

To me, the most intimate that Stevie and Lindsey have seemed was during Madison when things just broke down. When Lindsey was doing push ups and crawled over to her, she just reached out and started caressing his head and trying to help him up, when he stretched out his hand, without even thinking about it. I thought it said a lot. But I also thought the same thing when I saw an elderly Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball cavorting in their daughter's pool. They were playing with their grandson, but it looked like something more was going on there, the way she couldn't keep her hands off his thinning pate.

And when Lindsey walked over in that video and kissed Christine on the mouth, I thought that was pretty intimate too.

Reminds me of the little people at the end of the Gypsy video.

Those boots were practically the first shot in the video and she was trudging along in them too. Maybe she planned on wearing boots, but because of the wind they had to change it. But it's almost an allegory though, coming out of the heat and the dirt, looking for refuge. There's almost a "pioneer" attitude about it and the boots lend to that air. Part rock and roll icon, part quaker.

Still wish there was some Street Angel era hair in it!

Alas, I love it! All I have to say is that with the three videos they have already released, and the others we haven't seen (Wide Sargasso Sea, Annabel Lee, You May Be The One, Moonlight, and Italian Summer... and I am still hoping they take some video of Stevie and Lindsey recording Soldiers Angel and mesh it with some real footage of soldiers and then film some shots of Stevie and it would make an extremely emotional video) and the documentary footage, they have an great opportunity to make the documentary package spectacular. It should be three discs, one a DVD of the Documentary, the second a DVD of all the music videos and the Wiltern Show in its entirety, and the third should be a CD with the song demos, live versions and songs from this album that didn't make the cut (My Heart and Shadow of my Shadow), and then include an mp3 download of the album itself. Just sayin...

Are we actually going to get that documentary? I'm starting to worry.
