Yes, I've seen all of their interaction in the documentary clips on youtube. I didn't think a bit of it was weird.

I get that it's your opinion, but you're acting as if this music video, of all things, is a stain on Stevie's reputation. Which I think is a little bit outrageous. That's just my opinion. It's a music video.

All perspectives and opinions are welcome, though, I too have a difference of opinion from you about the video. It does appears you may be reading WAY too much into this. Stevie & Dave go way back and it's obvious based on interviews & the videos, documentary clips etc. that they have developed a deep affection and respect towards one another during the making her new record. But it does come across quite presumptious to assume based upon such things that they are having an affair. And even if they were, It is their business, not ours. In other words keep your own house clean and don't worry about everyone else's.
