Yowsah is right! I have not seen Lil' Kim in a while & she looks like a hot wreck in this photo! Yikes. It sure seems that she suffers from body dysmorphic disorder or is just plain addicted to cosmetic procedures. She's had many procedures, including multiple nose jobs over the last decade that she just seems obsessed or at odds with her image and body (and wants to copy MJ). And now it looks like she has gained weight to boot. This may be reaching, but I suspect a very unhappy person deep down. Hope she's alright.
