basically, those are the only "gentle" ones on my PSP MP3 player that are manually selectable. amongst a few other gentle songs, the 3 i picked are the ones i listen to first. i do then try something a little more rockier like Sisters of the moon, but then i loose that atmosphere and feel worse so i revert back

on the other feeling when listening, its enough to half pay attention to your thoughts of the evening and reflect on whatever happened. got to remember, this is usually for me 6am when its almost sunrise, usually on a saturday or sunday morning, and im not awake and somewhat mentally ill , so thats why they work so well for me.
