I have no clue why they did this to LB's official site. It's awful. How can you be touring (with tickets ON SALE) and not mention the dates or venues?

My favorite thing? When they mention the tour and end the little stinking paragraph with this sentence:
Tickets go on sale in select cities beginning June 16, check your local venue for ticket purchase and on-sale info.

Check my local venue???? I live in NYC. I could start today and still be checking out local venues Christmas morning. I don't know why they took it away from the people originally doing his site because, at the very least, they tried to work with what they were given, but this is sad. And I was going to tell them how much they suck but the link to that appears to be some weird assed company that gives you a FAQ on selling tickets.

NOTHING like fan sites (nice SwS site link! FAR, FAR better than LB's)

Thanks for the feedback, Still Going Insane was in desperate need of a revamp and what better time to do it then to tie in with the release of Seeds We Sow and Lindsey going on tour.

It is a shame that Lindsey can't get it together for his official site. My gawd, John Lennon has been freaking DEAD for over 30 years and his official website trumps that of Lindsey (and many other recording artists today). LB needs to be addressed over this. I feel like he loves that artistic obscurity he has honed for his solo career, but a little promotional work doesn't hurt. My goodness.

see, that was exactly my observation - how can that be promotional web site when even the fans that are eager to find some info are having a hard time searching through this webpage? so yes, tour info and links to the venues (not always correct) are there, but the way to find them is completely counterintuitive:

you have to go to the bottom of the home page http://lindseybuckingham.com/ and there you will find in very very small print something that says "view all news". if you click on that you will get to the page with the news, but not all neatly linked - instead it looks like this page is actually the end page. it is not clear at all from this page that you can actually click on some of the titles ("Lindsey Buckingham announces 6th..." and that specific subtitle will take you to the actual tour dates page http://lindseybuckingham.com/news/36481 - once on that page you will not immediately see tour links either - you have to scroll down. there are "buy" hotlinks by every tour date (some of them not working properly but most of them i think are fine).

so, as i said - completely non-transparent and counter intuitive layout. LB should really hire nodmod to do his site for him!

Wow. Even with the directions, I was clicking all over the place on the article re: the tour before I seemed to randomly catch the link. THAT sucketh big time!

He should get his kids involved...they are probably tech savvy.

Thank you Neil, I'm so glad that you like how it turned out! It was fun and we make a great team. The layout and coding were a dream compared to getting the top banner image right, but it worked out brilliantly in the end I think!
