Just turned the radio on and heard Secret Love playing for the first time, and she is being interviewed by Jim Ladd.

Is it a new interview?

It's 1:30 in the morning here... guess it's not quite so late on the West coast, but dang.

Gypsybecca · #3 08-02-2011, 12:30 AM

Yes, it's live, and she just called Aboeba Records the 'last record store' and she thinks the signing is 'going to be a riot, a good riot.'

I listen to this radio station everyday and no mention that she was going to be interviewed tonight, so Iguess I missed the first 20 minutes, and I have no way of recording this right now!

Listening to it now

Thanks for letting everyone know!

She keeps singing, and she sounds great.

I like this post. It's not a poll for a least favorite song!

Thanks for posting the link...wasn't smart/awake enough to do so!

Doesn't Stevie's voice sound so different? Have a feeling she's been smoking.....no!

LilyRose · #8 08-02-2011, 12:48 AM

It does sound kind of husky, but I don't think she'd go back to smoking. Maybe because it's getting late? That happens to me.

I absolutely adore Jim Ladd. He gets some of the best interviews with her. <333

I agree, and I love Jim Ladd too! I love how he always seems to throw Stevie's songs into his theme nights...if it's a color theme, then he plays Gold Dust Woman, if it's a number theme, the Edge of 17.

She sounds kind of young. And she's being really softspoken.

Thanks for the heads up!!

Just for the record I would love to read "40 pages of airy fairy poetry form Stevie Nicks"

Is it just me or has she been more self-deprecating lately??

And yay their playing "Wide Sargasso Sea"!!!!

Right?! And then I would need to sit down with her and have her tell me all about them. HA!

I love that he's playing these tracks. I'm falling in love with the album all over again.

More great Stevie quotes!

About Wide Sargasso Sea- " It's like I wrote this book."

Poor Lori. I wonder how many times she had to go to Phoenix to get forgotten sh*t.
