Actually this raises a thought about "Leather and Lace". This song, even though it was a top 10 hit, seems to have basically fallen off the radar since it was a hit single. Anyone have any thoughts about why that is?

She could have cataracts and might be waiting for them to be ready for surgery. I think there can be a sensitivity to light, and--even if not--she may not want people to see them.
I can't think of any other reason to wear tinted glasses on stage in dark venues. But, then again, it's Stevie. I liked their voices together and am really happy she made Adam Levine's dream come true. He seems properly in awe of her majesty, too, which is always nice;-) |

Medical reasons aside, wearing shades inside venues looks silly to me and hopefully she ditches those things soon. People want to see your eyes as an artist. And about Adam Levine, I'm never really for tatted up people but something about that man exudes sex
and so sexy. I always assumed he was bi or simply liked both but to hear him talk on The Voice, he came off as rather homophobic or anti-male and making a point. Either way he's a beautiful man. |

WOW, just wow! That was pretty darn amazing guys particularly from a vocal standpoint. Her enthusiasm and connection with the audience were obvious and nothing makes me happier than to hear my girl hit the notes I know she still can. What a wonderful surprise and in case you haven't noticed, The Bitch is Back!
What a truly amazing time to be a chiffonhead. Also, Adam sounds closer to Don Henley to me than I've ever heard anyone sound. That is really high for a guy to sing. Good job boyfriend! |

That was incredible! I am so glad that they were able to duet, particularly on that song
!! It totally made my morning!! Stevie sounds so great and while I do think she was projecting a lot she sounded so good that I didn't really care! Adam L. looked stunning and sounded great. I wonder if Stevie knew about this all along because she said on the entertainment tonight interview that Adam and her were going to sing together and well, here they are!! This is incredible!! I'm officially obsessed with this duet. Thanks Adam and Stevie ![]()

wouldn't it be wonderful if she did this? L&L is a definite crowd pleaser, even among non Stevie diehard audiences. It would make a wonderful replacement for Landslide, which seriously needs to be given an extended vacation. And Sharon and Lori need a few minutes in the spotlight again.

I'm going to disagree with some people and say that she looked really good and sounded great. She was into the song. I'm really happy Adam champions her. She needs to champion Leather like she did Landslide. Lots of people have used that as their wedding songs. It's a beloved song that many people consider one of her best.

People are seriously asking why she was wearing shades? She did just spend a year with Dave Stewart who rarely takes the damn things off...
