Breast Cancer?
A very very handsome friend of mine just mentioned that he heard from someone that Stevie has breast cancer... (WHAT?!?!?!) I was so freaked out I just had to ask on here...

As far as we all know, Stevie is doing quite well. She has mentioned long in an interview that she has a slight mitral valve prolapse in her heart, some asthma, vocal cord strain, a run with Epstein's Barr, etc. but hasn't had any major health issues. She continues to be involved in the Arizona Heart Institute in terms of fund raising and the City Of Hope, involved with cancer and research among other charities that are meaningful to her.

There's SO many Rumours that go around about Stevie and her health that it's just absolutely silly. A VERY short time ago everyone was freaked out because there was a rumor that Stevie had had a stroke. And that turned out to be totally bogus. And I feel pretty sure that the same is true here. She's a fighter and she loves her life - she's had to fight for it to get to the place she's at now ("spiritually," I mean), and so I kinda think she'd be in the hospital or something instead of touring right now, no?
What I don't understand is why there's so many people who make this crap up - Why would it EVER even occur to them to DO such a thing? Anyway, my suggestion, personally, is don't believe anything until it's posted on Nicksfix.  Last edited by Ghost_Tracker; 02-01-2006 at 08:10 PM..
