I believe the Penguin is supposed to be part of Stevie's tambo, and the piano it is on. However I've never really been able to see that one as clear as I can see the Mirage face.

I don't know about that penguin! Plus, my eyes are now sore. Hidden messages don't work so well on CD covers as they did on larger, vinyl album covers.

The mirage is Fleetwood Mac still existing as a band by this point. The album sounds like a bunch of solo work to me, Gypsy and Hold Me excepted.

Ok. There's what's wrong with this list! I don't see Kate Bush's face either... but the "subliminal" image (maybe it's just too obvious to mention) is that the reflected rock formations suggest the following: 1) sound waves and 2) female reproductive system. Both of which are very much related to the themes of the album.

I see what I think is a face. Like the Mirage album, looking at it from a distance helped. If I look at it close up, it isn't there.

I could always see the face. They used the old woman's face on promo material for Behind The Mask album.

I saw that as more of a jester or a harlequin, rather than an old woman.

No, no... I remember seeing this tourbook or something that had the Mirage face on it. There was a discussion about the hidden image on Mirage on another thread, and somebody posted the picture.
