I think it has less to do with a choice by Stevie's Management and more to do with what's on offer. Don't promoters need to offer you the tour support rather then you deciding... If no promoters jump at a proposal of a solo theatre/small venue tour - they likely will at the thought of teaming up with someone creating a unique experience... It's all about making some cash in everyones case. And last I heard Live Nation owned the majority of the outdoor venues in the US?

I think you've hit the nail on the head. It's not that she can't fill big venues it's the prices these days for tickets and other expenses. Times are hard out here. You have to decide between Stevie Nicks concert or rent, gas, food... I think if the economy was better she could fill larger venues. Man, the ticket prices these days. She ought to try one big venue at reduced ticket prices and see what happens. Couldn't hurt. But totally not her choice I assume.
