I don't think my vision is less sweeping than yours and, judging from your posts, I'd say it is a lot more tolerant of FM's different phases as a whole than yours is. You don't have to condemn one line up or, more importantly, fans of that line up, in order to exalt another.

I really don't think you're in a position to know how sweeping my views are, nor is their expanse and spread relevant to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame discussion. Everyone can describe what they like and dislike without pigeonholing those with a different perspective.
