^^ I don't think so

Oh, I forgot. I loved Genesis, too.

Totally played the hell out of my "We Can't Dance" tape.

No, you're wrong. I still win, Michelle.

Why?

Because I love me some Dead or Alive.

You spin me right round baby right round like a record baby right round round round...

That ****'s on my iPod, too.

oh, and just for the record, i also listened to a lot of motown, heart, benatard, cyndi lauper, barbra streisand, bette midler, jefferson airplane, the who, rolling stones, and, sadly, rush. but that's because my stepdad has no taste.

Back in the day, I totally thought that this was, like, the coolest video ever. Rad.

From the time I found music until I was forced off of them, I was all about the 45. So I can't say that I listened to one gnere or band. I just had a gaggle of 45's. From the Muppet theme song to Hall & Oats. My first real record was the ONJ Physical album, and my first casette was Air Supply. Yea, that's right! haha.
For 45's, I guess I had a bulk of 70's R&B/Disco. Ring My Bell & We Are Family were my 1st 45's, so I loved that kind of music. I started collecting/adoring Stevie & the Mac in 83, so they were the 1st ones that really had me buying multiple things by the same band. Otherwise my choice of music was ALL 80's. LOTS of Missing Person! LOVE the Bozzio. Haircut100, ABC, etc. Then I found Siouxsie, and well, it's been "alternative" ever since save SN/FM.

And here's a little ballad that I always loved.

Actually I liked all his songs back then.

[michelle2677]

don't deny it

Nah, I never got into Springfield.

Anybody else remember this classic? Gawd, I loved it.

I am not a Rick Springfield fan, but saw him about a month ago. I have to say he wasn't bad in concert. Still very active in his performing. What was hard to handle was the screaming women around me that were fans then, and perhaps just as crazy now. Wow. Dude's pushin' 60 and these women are still all over him. Unreal.
