In my opinion, she's never sung SDMHA in the key it was recorded in. Even the Bella Donna concert from HBO showed her singing it at a lower register. I've never like the song live except when I saw her sing it with Tom on his latest tour.

As for Stand Back as an opener, I'm okay with that, that's actually one of the songs I'm most tired of hearing. I'm all for using it to excite everyone at the end and get it the hell over with.

Would everyone prefer if her voice went UP one octave every five years? Maybe she'll start inhaling helium and in 2020 she'll put out an album that only dogs can hear...
