I guess I did come off pissy! I didn't mean to sound VERY upset; just annoyed. I know I'm not the only one who can get carried away in replies around here. What a way to get back on the Ledge, eh?

P.S. But I was always careful to say I didn't mean people shouldn't express disappointment!

Yeah, Nancy... how dare you act all melodramatic? You know we don't behave like that around here.

Me... I'm so terribly distraught over this setlist business, I'm going to burn all my Stevie albums, break my DVDs, and go on a hunger strike until something changes.

Or until dinner time. Whichever comes first.

Again?!?!?

When did you amass enough money to replace everything you burnt and destroyed from last year?

I don't think she can do "Talk to Me". If she was forced to lower the key on "Stop Draggin'...." to point where it sounds like a 45rpm played at 33rpm, I highly doubt she can pull off that one.

Where? She made Petty and The Heartbreakers lower it from the original key.

Just a few added comments from last night. I agree with Nancy and Kelly - her vocals were brilliant and noticeably so. After all these years I finally got to experience the edge walk. She grabbed both of my hands and looked me in the eyes and said thank you. To me? Now that I've experienced it I no longer have the need to sit in the front row. It's too close and sitting amongst the casino freebie crowd was boring.

No need to debate on a sell out. I haven't read every post so not sure if it was mentioned but the entire upper level was empty. I watched as people entered and they had staff upgrading seats to those seated in a section other than the lowest level. I guess blah would be the best description of the crowd as a whole. It was so different from the first time she was at Ceasar's. There were the usual fans but for the most part I think the crowd was made up of people just wanting to see a show and not caring who it was.

In a way I got excited when Stand Back was first because I was sure she would have added new songs to the setlist. Even though she didn't, it was a great show and I'll still go see her on this summer's tour. The security guard told me before Edge that the order of the setlist had changed from the printed copy they were given.

As for the t-shirts. great if you were a lady but the only men's shirt that I saw was the Dreams Vegas shirt with the new dates. And no tourbooks - just Teddy bears

Ever since Stevie resurrected SDMHA back in Vegas 2005, she has been singing it in a much lower key. I believe she lowered it by a two whole steps, or even a third- but, I'll have to check on my piano later at home.

I sold some naked pics of Rosie O'Donnell to Donald Trump. He was so excited, he played with himself right there in the limo.

FYI... that rat's nest on top of his head isn't the only hair he combs over. Blech.

Perhaps you should direct him to the grooming thread in Chit Chat?
