The bitch at my apartment complex who is STILL parking in a handicapped spot though she is not handicapped.
She's been reported to the office (by more people than me) and that hasn't worked - I left a note - should up the note to a nasty note? She's pissing me off -and I feel bad for my elderly neighbor who can now never find a parking spot in the evenings
