Weight Watchers is the best and the healthiest way to lose weight and keep it off (that's the trick), keeping it off. WW is all your food groups, it's portion control and you're not eliminating any food groups (al least that's what it was like back when I went, I know it has changed quite abit but the premise is the same). I lost 45 lbs. after my son was born and I have kept it off and that was back in 1990.

My heart broke when I recently heard Bob Dylan's The Times They Are a Changin' on two different product commercials. One was for, like Kaiser permanente or something, and the other one was for something that pissed me off, but I can't remember now.
I love that song.

And notice that none of them are recent because recent Celine annoys the hell out of me. Also, I am somewhat forgiving. Plus, I've been too busy with school to sit down and make a new sig.
