I thought the same thing when I read this. These days it is just assumed that if you need to lose more then 50 pounds you will have surgery. I think it is really admirable when people lose weight the goood old fashion way

Seriously! I think she needs a makeup intervention. She's a gorgeous woman all covered up with that clownish paint. I'm sorry Sharon, I say this with love. Sharon kicks ass and her makeup just doesn't reflect her awesomeness.

Hey Alex,

Just caught this thread--these are the first pics I've seen of you, period (I think)! You are cute either way, but the after pictures are great! This inspires me to want to work out more. I don't need to lose a ton of weight, I just need to be more fit and toned and lose some CELLULITE!

Congrats on the weight loss--way to go!

I agree, and neither does her hair. I have not been liking the style as of late. It's too "high" or something, and looks as unnatural as the make-up. And she's an attractive lady!
