So many have's! My personal picks for great live translations...

- Eyes of the World (2003, though - the older version from the Mirage concert video was weird with Lindsey/Christine's 'bo-bo-BO-bo's if you ask me)

- Over My Head (from the Live 1980 album) - I just think they added a whole new pep/umpth to it with Lindsey's lead-in and the extra beat

- Silver Springs (from 1977) - Back when Stevie could totally rip into the end, it's absolutely amazing. Totally hitting on that emotional level that she just can't quite get to anymore and the band backing her up all the way.

- I Know I'm Not Wrong - I think it's awesome both as a lead-in like they're doing now and also as an afterthought, encore-closer type song like in the Tusk Tour. You can do it upbeat and rockin' out, or more subtle and sad-sounding almost. It works on so many different levels!

- So many "Tusk" tracks, which are more of a groove, chill sound on the record were amped up for the live versions. I love the added jams at the end of almost all of those songs to give them more of an arc - Angel, Over & Over, WMYTYTO, Not That Funny. All surprisingly great translations that you wouldn't think would work well live.

Have nots:

- Hold Me - They just couldn't get the harmony down and it sounded clumsy

- Say You Will - Just flat, boring. No matter how much Lindsey cracks down on that melody part, it's just repetitve and goes nowhere (and as much as everyone seems to love that dance, it's just as bad! ).

- One More Lonely Night - snooze! that goes on their live album over all other choices??

Yes, I was talking about back in the day, particularly the Tusk tour. Let me know how you like Sara live, I have no doubt that you will be brutally honest!!

Glad to know it, I was hoping that Sara would be the highlight of this leg and then there are all these posts saying that it sounded bad, fell flat, etc.!! You have renewed my faith, I can't wait to hear it in two weeks!!

Have you heard the Green Bay boot? I felt so bad for her because it sucked teabags. Either she started smoking again for real or she gargled with Draino before the show. Either way, it was wretched.

Anyone else like Peackeeper live? I will agree that it doesn't transfer well to television, but I thought it was great at all the shows I attended this tour.

Yeah, I liked it. (It truthfully wasn't that bad) The bootlegs of it sound like **** though.

Sorry, I did not.

I really think that if it came a little later in the set, it would go over much better. They open up with Chain and Dreams, and then they would just kind of say 'okay here's the new song' and it threw off the rythym a little bit. I personally think it translates well live, but I never feel like hearing it right after "EOTW" or even "Dreams" because I'm so amped up.

Have:
The Chain
Eyes of the World (at least on Mirage tour sounded much better live)
Angel
Sara (Tusk tour and Stevie's WWD tour)
Landslide (I prefere earlier arrangements to the Stevie/Lindsey acoustic setup)
Silver Springs
Save Me a Place (Chris playing acoustic guitar is cool)
Over and Over
Say You Love Me (on The Dance much more than other tours)
Sisters of the Moon
Tusk
Isn't It Midnight
Everywhere

Not:
Hold Me (love the song, hate it live)
Dreams (the studio version is too perfect)
GYOW (the way the voices meld together during the chorus cannot be replicated live)
Not That Funny (studio is bad enough)
Songbird (I'm sorry, but she can never seem to stay on key for the whole thing)
Rhiannon live is pretty blechy to me
Don't Stop, as the piano part isn't as clear
World Turning (loathe drum solo)
Gypsy
