But this year they reunited, recorded a fine new album and hit the road again for a subsequent tour in celebration of the band's 25th anniversary. Not bad when you consider that the eldest member of the group, Sean Watkins, is now only 37 years old. Glad to hear that Nickel Creek will be doing another album..their last one had some definite Mac influence in fact I started a thread on here when it was new regarding how much the song When in Rome reminded me of The Chain.

A friend of mine recently shared a youtube clip of their cover of "The Ledge." I was really impressed. I've liked a couple of Nickel Creek's songs over the years, but had never heard that side of them. And now I really want FM to add "The Ledge" to their set. Would be a terrific addition -- fun and rollicking.
