although, you did get me thinking - why play a solo song at FM concert?

(hope they replace it with Oh Well in Europe in AUS/NZ )

Most FM and SN fans don't want to hear SB in a FM concert. Most also don't want to hear Stevie sing her FM songs during her solo shows when she has a million and one solo songs she could be singing in their place. I wish Lindsey would keep his Mac songs out of his solo shows also, for the same reason.

completely agree on all counts.

yes i personally would love to hear bunch of Lindsey solo songs, whether during Mac or solo shows, but he has so many great Mac songs he doesn't do (WATL anyone? ) that i'm more than fine with him doing just Mac songs while touring with them.

of course, since he wouldn't listen and didn't do WATL with Mac i will have to insist on it during his next solo tour.

oh did i tell you all that at one of the recent M&Gs Mick was asked about his favorite Mac song, and he listed 2, WATL being one of them?

either way, i would love just Lindsey solo songs when he tours solo. i read so many social media reviews of his OMS solo tour where the reviewer would say stuff like "i only knew 2 songs but the show was spectacular" so he really doesn't need Mac songs when solo. but it will never happen.

SB sounds better at a Mac concert
Like Landslide is just better at a Mac concert than one of Stevie's solo shows. (and yes, I know LS is a MAC song )

Why wouldn't they want to showcase a solo song or two. Maybe people have never heard of their solo stuff. Maybe people going to a Mac show are only going FOR Lindsey or FOR Stevie and it's like hey, this is for you

i don't know, maybe because when i wanted Lindsey to play IOOT and TTWLG with FM i got jumped on here?

well, duh!! of course i'm going for Lindsey. even at his solo shows people have not heard his solo stuff. but he's not doing a solo song during Mac shows; apparently he has more than enough different types of songs to fill up his half of the setlist. and, as far as i'm concerned he owes me for paying these exorbitant prices just to hear half of the songs at the concerts i'm going to. (i sound like CAD now, saying he owes his fans and not the other way around ).

Glad that you liked my videos. I love the "I'm So Afraid" one the best with Lindsey moving around the stage. I had a bit of trouble recording it since I was using my little family camera so it's a bit shaky and my camera is old. I am surprised the videos turned out as well as they did! I wanted to capture these moments for myself and other fans since we never know if Fleetwood Mac will tour again together since we're all getting older. My hubby said he felt like they were saying GOODBYE to us last night. Very sweet sentiments from the band to their fans.
