Has anyone tried the LiveNation 3-day guarantee

http://www.livenation.com/ourguarant...tm_i_guarantee

I see the pretty words, but I followed links and all I could see is "contact us" as a way to get the refund.
Only problem is--I contacted them before the 72-hours was up, and they haven't contacted me yet.

Just wanted to know if they actually go through with this.
