I went to a show last night, and some dude that turned out to be Mr. Matt Holliday of the Saint Louis Cardinals managed to dent in one of my steel toed boots whilst jumping about and being ginormous like he is.
I dunno about y'all, but color me impressed. Y'know, except these were spendy boots.  He was very nice & charming, though, and protective of all the females within range in the pit (even though I'd explained before the set that I'm black metal girl, so trust me, I'm okay here at this disturbingly emo-ish thing I've been dragged to, honest), so I won't be TOO upset. But still. Dude. My boots! *sob*
