He references "dreams" as much as she does. One that jumped out at me immediately was his use of "full of grace" on his new album. He has obviously heard Fall From Grace, . He also used the line "parallel lives" and Stevie has said that about their relationship in interviews more than once. She uses "shadows" all the time and he refers to her as the "shadow singer". They both write about "walls" and how in recent years the walls have come down.

The imagery he uses is so consistent with hers it is spooky. When he used "black angel" in Love Runs Deeper , I was floored. It is so "Steviesque".

Great that you mentioned those two songs. I completely agree with you. It's so neat that his wife "gets them" so well, isn't it? I mean, since she co-wrote those two particular songs. I bet they invite Stevie over to play Yahtzee with them...
