Before I say what I'm about to say I just want everyone to know it's not meant to be critical, but more to satisfy my curiosity about the excitement and in some cases disappointment over the signed lithograph.
For me, I don't really understand what the big appeal is to have something Stevie (or anyone) wrote their name on. I personally would never buy an autograph, even if I was positive it was legitimate because I think the thrill is in meeting the person, perhaps having your photo taken with them and having them sign something specifically to you. I once had a neighbor who happened to be eating dinner at the same restaurant as Stevie when she was in my town on tour. He got her autograph on a napkin and offered to give it to me. While I was PO'ed that he was lucky enough to meet her, and wasn't even really a fan, I had no desire to have an autograph that I didn't get myself. Again, that's just how I feel about it. So for those of you who are excited to receive this, or those who won't be what is it that excites you about this? Is it just because Stevie touched it, and in a way it will make you feel close to her? Or is it more a feeling of having something "collectible" like a signed piece of art?
